Craving something new in Cooper City? Then Litchi Delights is just the spot. The new restaurant, which offers everything from boba to poke, recently opened its doors in the heart of Cooper City, inviting residents to try something new and tasty.
For some, Litchi Delights may be a familiar name. That’s because the restaurant already had two locations in Pembroke Pines. Seeking to expand, Litchi Delights opened a store off of Stirling Road in the Stirling Town Center. The restaurant is located by the plaza’s central fountain.
The store’s proximity to Cooper City High School makes it the perfect stop for an after-school snack or meal. For its grand opening, Litchi Delights gave out free drinks to customers. They recently offered a buy one get one free drink deal for students who presented their school ID.
Litchi Delights’ opening has also presented new job opportunities for Cooper City residents. Many CCHS students are already employed at the new location, which is currently offering job openings in most positions.
Most Cooper City residents have already stopped by to try the new restaurant. For those who haven’t, Litchi Delights offers something for almost everyone. Their menu is extensive and offers multiple opportunities to personalize a drink or dish.
For a drink, customers can pick from teas, milk teas and smoothies. Litchi Delights offers a variety of flavors, from Taro to Tai tea. There are also a variety of toppings, including boba.
As for food, Litchi Delights is most notable for their poke. The menu has a few signature poke bowls to chose from. Customers can also create their own, with a variety of healthy options to chose from. Bowls include a base of rice or noodles, a protein such as raw tuna, salmon or tofu, vegetables and sauces.
As for the atmosphere, Litchi Delights presents a colorfully decorated interior. They also offer outside seating by the plaza’s fountain, which is adorned with flags of various colors.
