This Wednesday, Best Buddies will be hosting the Fall Fun Costume Party for members from Cooper City High School and other chapters throughout Broward County.
“The Fall Fun Costume Party is one of our biggest events of the year,” Vice President Megan Glaser said. “The night is so much fun and full of dancing and hanging out with your friends.”
The party will feature a DJ, food, and a wide array of costumes, as members are encouraged to dress up. The event will take place in the CCHS cafeteria at 6 PM.
The CCHS chapter is just one part of the international nonprofit that, according to their website, is “dedicated to ending the social, physical, and economic isolation of the 200 million people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.”
